If you have multifactor authentication set up, youâll need access to your device. Otherwise, youâll need access to the personal email account you used to set up your TAFE account. Weâll send you an email with a security code that youâll need to reset your password.

Enter your 91¸ŁŔű username and click âContinueâ.
If youâve forgotten your username, you can Find your username.

Open the personal email account you used to set up your TAFE account. Youâll receive an email from 91¸ŁŔű with a 6-digit security code. If you canât see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.
If you donât have an email from us:

Enter the 6-digit security code and click âContinueâ.

Enter your new password in the âNew passwordâ and âConfirm your passwordâ fields.
Make sure your new password:

If your reset was successful, youâll see a âWeâve updated your passwordâ message.

To avoid your account locking, go into your wi-fi settings to remove or âforgetâ and reconnect to the 91¸ŁŔű wi-fi using your new password. Visit our Library services website to learn how to .
